Is it true that if I use my hati paws on a slow xp method that I get the same amount of total bonus xp than when compared to a fast xp method?

 

Is it true that you can completely discard the defence xp from Elemental Workshop 3? I have read a few quest guides and they contradict each other on this.

Yes, Hati gloves give a set amount of xp based on the level of the skill you're training so it does not matter how fast or slow the method you use is, you will gain the same amount of xp.

 

Unfortunately I have no idea on EW3, sorry.
