In my experience it is not possible to lure all 7 lobsters, you can lure only 6 of them. I can provide a video proving that as soon as I become P2P. Luring the last lobster (nearest to the dungeon exit) will cause the first one to run away, but you can get its attention back easily by simply going back a few squares.
