Jimmyd17 Posted February 23, 2011 Share Posted February 23, 2011 Just received a starved ancient effigy from a level 41 Abyssal Leech whilst killing them for charms & pouches. 100% sure it was a leech and it's not a drop currently listed in the bestiary.
