I'm wondering if it should go back up again any time soon, and if so then would it be a good item to invest in(I all ready have one so I would be selling it back). There are plenty of useful quests that require 60+ crafting, so you might as well get it up. Anywho, i confirmed with Runewiki that you need 55 crafting to make it, and cannot use assists.
