I'm going to hazard a guess you already gave the samples to the three men outside the chemist who smuggle them across for you?In which case you just need to go to get them again from the men in varrock. If you truely have some how tried to teleport or dropped them Elena in ardougne should give you them back same as she did before, doesn't require you entering west ardougne.
