Legacy of the Seergaze

Hey,

 

I just did the Legacy of the Seergaze quest and when completed I got the "Tome of Experience, 2nd Ed - 3 chapters of 2500 experience each", but what wasn't mentioned in the reward section was that a minimum level of 35 was required to use the tome on that skill. All other quest guides (that I recall) mention any minimum skill requirements needed to use such tomes or exp lamps, but this quest guide didn't.

The RS website doesn't mention the level 35 level requirement either, but I've sent in a bug report about that now.

 

The reason I did this quest was to use the exp lamps on herblore (and because I'd want to do the quest eventually), but not being able to use it on that skill was annoying.

I have edited the quest as well as edited that item in our database! You have been credited in both places =) :thumbsup:

 

I do have one question though:

 

Did the tomes, Tome of xp 2nd ed (1) Tome of xp 2nd ed (2) need to be used on skills over 35 or was that restriction just on the (3) tome?

 

I assume that the restriction was across the board but i'm asking to make sure before I jump to conclusions.

The restriction was indeed across the board, I couldn't use any of the three chapters (or whatever they were) on any skill below level 35.
