I figured it was just a ripped picture with a few effects, but as much as I know the origonal could have been a stock photo, and he/she modified it.

I know, but what you have written doesn't make sense at all...no?

I'm currious what they exactly did in it. did they just take a picture and claim it, or did they take a photo and alter it slightly, or did they take a normal human and make them that way, or ...
