April 25, 201115 yr I was reading that Cold War gave a random amount of Attack XP if one recoiled the Ice Fiend (between 40 & 100). Can anyone confirm if this is truly random, or based on one's Attack level? I'd really like to get the Penguin Points/QP, but would rather not get level 2 Attack on my Skiller. :ohnoes: Thanks in advance. I found a panda and then we bought malt liquor. April 25, 201115 yr I have no idea about the quest, but I've heard that you don't need the quest to start penguin points, you just talk to Larry at the zoo. What you need the quest for is getting double points for some of the harder to find penguins (if you're on a skilling pure, chances are that only applies to wilderness ones. The rest of them require combatic quests or just dangerous areas for a lvl 3. Or whatever level your skiller is.) Squab unleashes Megiddo! Completed all quests and hard diaries. 75+ Skiller.
