Hey everyone,

 

for the medium task section in the tip.it tasks guide for Varrock, it states that you need to complete the ratcatchers quest in order to complete the task named 'With a Ten-foot Pole'. I've just completed that task, without having completed the quest (as shown in the picture below).

 

 

In the picture, you'll also note that Jagex also state that you need to complete the quest, so I've submitted a bug report about that.
