Heya,

 

I was just following the Contact! quest guide and was slightly confused when I got to this part due to a mistake:

 

Go further into the room and talk to Maisa. He needs to get in contact with Osman, but does not trust you to do it for him, so he asks you questions about the Prince Ali Rescue Quest. He will first ask where the prince was taken, the answer being "Draynor Village". Next he will ask you who helped you rescue the prince, the answer is "Leela". He will now ask you to bring Osman to him.

 

That part in the guide says that Maisa is a male, when she is actually just wearing a fake disguise.

 

Here is a photo of her chat, her body and Osman refferring to her as 'she' as confirmation:
