What would be the best way for me to get 61-75 Herblore without spending TOO much money (Up to about 8M), while not taking too much time over getting the required level?

I used supper attacks up until level 88, Irit is rather cheap right now, and eye of newts are easy to come by. So i recomend that training methoud.

 

Not sure on the math for the prices tho, sorry.
