Although the idea can be daunting, don't let it dissuade you from dropping a PM. We are here to help you and listen to your concerns! Below is a quick guideline of who you should contact for various reasons. If what you need to ask is not listed here, don't fear--when in doubt, PM an Administrator! If you have a complaint about a member of Tip.It's moderating staff: Our moderators do their best to remain objective and enforce our rules to the best of their ability. However, if you disagree with an action taken by a moderator or moderators, please contact any (or all) of the following administrators with your concerns:@RandoxPlease be as detailed as possible when you contact them, as it will help the administrators considering your complaint better understand where you're coming from. Below is a basic template provided to help organize your complaint:[hide] [b]Name(s) of moderator:[/b] (If you don't know, that's ok, as long as you specify the other information we can generally find out) [b]Action taken:[/b] What the moderator did. If a specific topic was involved, please link to it. [b]Why you disagree:[/b] In this section, please give a detailed explanation of why you think the action was unfair or unnecessary. [/hide] You can expect a reply within a reasonable amount of time (such as a week), depending on how complicated the issue is. If you have a complaint about any other member of Tip.It's staff: If you have an issue with one of the website crew members, please contact the following admin(s):@Xena_DragonIf you have an issue with any other branch of staff (ie: TMHT, The Editorial Panel, etc..), please contact the following admin(s):@tripsisPlease be as detailed as possible when sending your complaint. If you simply wish to complain about a post a staff member has made, then please use the report post function like you would for anyone else. If you have a complaint about a member of Tip.It's community: While the moderation staff does take care to monitor the community and take action against bad posts and reports from the helpful community, one or two bad eggs can slip through the process. Should you feel that a user is harassing you, attacking others, or continually being detrimental to the community, you may contact any member of the the Moderating Team (which includes both moderators and administrators) with your concerns. As always please try to be as detailed as possible, citing examples when possible, as it will help us understand your point of view while we investigating the matter. You can roughly expect to receive feedback within a week's time, depending on how complicated the matter is.
