So as you can see in the description I have extremes, uni, and turmoil. I have 70m worth of gear and items. I am finishing up 99 def and I am not sure what to do next. Do I get overloads? Or should I keep the bandos/fury and other stuff and continue to slay to get charms for a yak. I don't PvM that much but I would like to get into it soon. So that could be something to consider I guess.

 

I DO plan on getting rapier after 99 def. This is just asking what to do after that happens.

 

 

I figure it will cost 63m for overloads.

If you want to slay stick with extremes until 93, then get ovlds for bossing/ice stryke tasks.

Continue slaying, a yak is essential for elite PvM teams. With 99 slayer you should be able to get enough effigies for the herblore and the charms for the yak.
