After I get 99 smithing, I think I want to get all f2p skills 80+ at least before getting mems back. So what would be the best method for each skill? Here's what I'm thinking of doing:

Strength - SOS probably, but it's always so crowded

Range - I honestly have no idea

Rc - Airs?

Wc - probably willows

If there are any better methods than those above, please let me know.

 

Also, I was wondering how I should best make money. Is there anything that can come close to flipping?

For runecrafting I would suggest getting Earth Gloves from the Mini-Game Fist of Guthix. You will need alot of tokens for Earth Gloves untill level 80 but will be well worth the time. During the Fist of Guthix games you will also get some range and melee xp. For Woodcutting I would suggest cutting and burning/dropping/banking Willows.

For woodcutting you should use the resource dungeon for maples and burn them.

for woodcutting... use the resource dungeon in deamonhiem and cut willows and just drop em!

for strength... giant spiders, and scorpions, in the 3rd floor of SOS, or the lvl 75 ankuos in the 4th floor, (if you keep switching worlds you'll eventually find a world with no-one there...i find world 16 is usally the best) or the Lesser and greater deamons in the resource dungeon in Karamja volcano...

 

for range... lesser deamons in Karamja volcano, or hill giants...
