Hey. this is my first thread, I registered just now ! :P I haven't been a member for a really long time, actually I haven't played a lot until like the last month, and so I've missed a lot of stuff. Could someone tell me what the Penance Master Horn does? It says it gives you xp potential or something? I don't really understand, but if someone could explain I'd appreciate it. Thanks ! :)

You play BA with the statue set to xp to fill the horn (normal or master) with potential.

Burning logs, mining and agility courses use up this potential while giving double xp.
