ZackBuster
I just finished reading the first two paragraphs of Racheya's newest Tip.It times "article," if you can even call it that. Sometimes, it's almost as if people don't read real information before they post complete and utter nonsense, especially on a site that features these articles regularly. Let me go ahead and throw up a direct quote, in full context: "I do have a huge problem with Vanity items since, according to the Knowledge Base (which is admittedly one of the least reliable sources for RuneScape information), these items arent just cosmetic they have stats. Not amazing stats, mind you, just overpowered stats for a free item, only bested by talisman staves, that can be wielded by those with just 1 Attack & Strength." Let's get this perfectly clear. The weapon has completely identical stats to an iron 2h sword, and even the same speed. It can also only be wielded with two hands (shocker, right?) What exactly is the winge here? The fact that players can get out of spending 44gp for a weapon that NOBODY views as any real advantage in a fight? It's purely cosmetic, and the player can choose whether he/she wants to get the 3-month membership card in order to get it (because, let's face it, nobody pays for actual membership anymore - duh). /rant Edited June 25, 2011 by Danqazmlp Removed personal attack from title.
