Help with loading certain world interfaces..

Hey, have no idea how to sort this problem out my self.. :(

 

 

 

On about half of the London servers I use don't load properly, they all stop loading once it gets to 'Loading interface - 45%'

 

 

 

Other servers work, but as I'm in england they are slower for me. Any one know what's wrong? (Windows xp home, internet explorer, broadband, don't know what else to mention...)
