Currently, the required items for Section 3 are as follows:

 

Required: M'speak Amulet, Ava's Accumulator, Ring of Charos (a), 10 bananas, 4 knives, 3 waterskins (4), desert boots, desert top, desert robe, 6 teak planks, 10 bolts of cloth, 3 ropes, Gorilla Greegree, Hammer, Saw

 

Desert top should be replaced with Desert shirt. 2 different items.

Also note that when making the cramulet, as soon as you have combined the Ghost speak amulet and the M'speak amulet you can combine the Camulet and Cat speak amulet straight after. There is no need to do it at the end of the quest.
