Guide is right.

Bandos gives:

380 Agility

125 Ranged

125 Strength

 

So yes 1 lap = 630 xp

But it is only 380 agility xp.

Thank you for taking the time to report this. But as Sy says, you get XP in three skills, not just Agility. Don't always blindly trust the XP counter! ;-)
