Strange problem

Featured Replies

Recently when posting I've been getting this error:

[#20310] Your secure key, used to verify you are posting the topic, did not match the one submitted. Please go back, reload the form, and try again.

Any clue what it means? I end up having to copy the post text and refresh the thread to be able to post.

We're aware of the problem but at this time we're not sure how to fix it :( We will be upgrading to a new version of IPB in the near future so I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that the issue will be fixed then. I know it's really, really annoying and I'm sorry! :(

I've been getting the same issue when I use my mobile phone, a tad annoying, but as Tripsis says hopefully the upgrade will resolve it.

We've been having similar issues on my clan's forum. Basically the new upgrade has a different way of managing the way posts are posted, which should remove that issue altogether.

Oh well, it's not too big of a deal. I can see how it would be a pain on a cell though.
