Can someone explain or link me to a youtube video showing how you can boost your summoning and agility with clan ciitadel's battlefield?

On the clan battlefield, you can customize the map. One of the options for customizations is to add power-up squares that boost a given stat. Edit the battlefield to add in squares that increase summoning and/or agility. Enter a battle and step on the power-up squares to receive the boost.

Thanks, but won't you need a high rank in your clan to set up a battle?

That depends on how the permissions are set in your clan. It's possible to change both the rank at which you can edit the battlefield and the rank at which you can start new battles. They can be set as low as Recruit if the clan's leadership so chooses.
