Can someone post a picture of how the collar is supposed to fit on the wall? I'm not getting this at ALL.

Nevermind, I bruteforced it.

 

[hide]For me at least, it fit vertically right between the two carvings on the far right. Just move it up and down on both sides of the collar and flipped in both directions until you get it.[/hide]
