I got a Nature Talisman from killing a Vyrelord in Darkmeyer - the droptable for the Vyrelord doesn't show this item.

 

however, it is worth to mention that I was wearing a Ring of Wealth when the drop occurred.

No, I'm sorry, but I didn't managed to take a screenshot ! - I'm aware that I should do this, however, there is no difference in the description of a dead Vyrelord/lady so a screenshot, in this case, wouldn't really prove anything.
