You will have to take this up with Jagex directly through the account management section of their website. Follow this link http://www.runescape.com/redirect.ws?mod=offence-appeal&dest=account_history.ws and once you login Jagex can give you all the details of your offenses and how you can have them removed from your account if that is possible.
