Hey there,

 

Unfortunately we aren't Jagex here and nobody here is capable of helping you with your RuneScape account offenses. You will have to take this up with Jagex directly through the account management section of their website.

 

Follow this link http://www.runescape.com/redirect.ws?mod=offence-appeal&dest=account_history.ws and once you login Jagex can give you all the details of your offenses and how you can have them removed from your account if that is possible.
