Tsk tsk, no heads up that this was working again, anyways

 

I see nothing in the notes that list the 130 experience reset time, since it isn't a continuous experience gain

 

It takes 5 minutes for the experience timer to reset

 

I'm not sure if you want to add this information to the other necromancer/skeletal staffs, but just in case...

After talking it over with other Crewbies we've concluded that it is highly unlikely that people will be training crafting this way, and that therefore this information is more trivial than useful.
