and i don't know where to put this so i'll put it here. I just got an RS membership, and i got a random event where a guy popped up and put me in a cage while theiving. The weird thing is, I got something called a "tooth half" instead of the prizes listed under the Random Event guide.

So I have two questions:

1. Where do I post things like this in the future?

2. Is this "tooth half" valueable?

1. the forum all questions go in is help and advice

2. the tooth half of the key is slightly higher in price than the loop half, as it is said to be slightly rarer. tooth half keys are bought at anywhere from 30k-50k

To answer your question, when the tooth half of the half key is combined with the loop end, it forms the Crystal key. This key can be used on a chest in a town called Taverly to give you an uncut Dragonstone (worth 80k) and another random reward (including another half key).

yes, but what i'm trying to get at here is that it's not in the guide for the random event I got it from.
