I got this so called easy scroll, got all the items it asks for and I am in the Remington mine and it says: Shrug in the mine near Remmington. what the heck is Shrug???

gold ring and bronze spear.

 

I have all these things and I tried wearing them and I tried leaving them in my inventory, nothing works. Got any ideas?
