1. Be mature, respectful and responsible to all and follow the rules of Runescape.

 

2. Earn at least the minimum amount of events per week.

 

3. If a leader warns you to change the topic of a conversation in clan chat, change it.

 

4. If one feels they have been treated unjustly by a leader or another member. Please contact a leader of equal or higher rank and explain the situation to them.

 

5. Keep any disputes off the recruitment forum use the discussion thread for any issues you may have.

 

6. Check the forums regularly and bump the thread.

 

7. The CC is English speaking,all nationalities are of course welcome but to avoid conflict and misunderstanding please use English only in CC and Forum

 

8. Leave your negative emotions at the door. Step out of the CC to cool off where necessary, arguements will not be tolelrated in the clan chat.

 

9. Do not discriminate against others. Racism, Nationalism and discrimination of any kind is simply not welcome and will not be tolerated.

 

10. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable in our clan chat. If a clan member is continuously breaking runescape rules, contact a clan leader or post in discussion forums.

 

11. At events as well as in clan chat, leaders have the authority. Leaders have the final decision. Respect the leaders and they will respect you.

 

12. Multiclanning is not allowed. The only exception is of specialty clans, such as soul war clans, pest control clans, etc.

 

13. Do not cause problems in allies clan chats or on their forums.

 

14. No Scamming, No begging, No Gambling and no encouragement of these will be allowed in CC.

Majestic Dawn uses a point system that should keep everything fair between members. The more you work the more points you will get, and in response, the higher rank you will receive in the clan. If you choose to do the minimum, you may never become a leader. The clan point system is in place to ensure that those who work the hardest gain the appropriate leadership opportunities.

 

Below is the clan points you will receive :

 

- 4 Clan Points: Capping at the Citadel

 

- 3 Clan Points : Attending/Hosting a scheduled event

 

- 2 Clan Points : Attending/Hosting a random event

 

- 2 Clan Points: Recruiting a new member

 

- 2 Clan Points: Completing a clan forum job

 

- 1 Clan Point : Bumping the forums (max 1 point per week)

Types of clan penalties :

 

1)Blacklist : Removed from the clan for a serious offense, repeated disruptions, or repeated rule breaking and placed on the clan ignore list.

 

2)Kick: Kicked from clan chat for disobeying the rules.

 

3)Removed from clan : Removed from the clan for a serious offense, repeated disruptions, or repeated rule breaking.

 

4)Serious warning : Serious warnings are a member's last chance, and are given for serious offenses or multiple offenses. If they cause one more problem they may be removed from the clan.

 

5)Written warning: This is used in conjunction with a kick if a leader feels extra sanction is needed.

(Recruit, 1 Chevron) - New to the clan.

 

(Corporal, 2 Chevrons) - To become a Corporal you must gain 15 clanpoints. You are required to gain a minimum of two clan points per week. If you fail to gain the required clan points, you will fail sweeps and be given an (F1) next to your name and you will be deranked to recruit. As a recruit, if you fail another, you will be removed from clan.

 

(Sergeant, 3 Chevrons) - To become a Sergeant you must gain 40 clanpoints. You are required to gain 2 clanpoints per week, If you fail to gain two points you will be demoted to corporal and (F1) added to your name on the members list.

Sergeants can host one random event per day.

 

(Permanent Member) - Veteran exempt from sweeps. This rank is rarely given and is given by the Supreme General to those who have made a large contribution to the clan over time but now find themselves unable to be so active.

 

(Lieutenant, Bronze Star) - Lieutenants will be responsible for hosting events, keeping order and upholding the rules in the clan chat. As a lieutenant, you must host 3 events per week one of which must be scheduled. If you fail to host the required events you will fail and gain a (FS:1). If you fail again the following week you will be demoted to Sergeant. You must cap at the Citadel weekly and be fully forum active

 

(Captain, Silver Star) - Captains will be responsible for hosting events, keeping order and upholding the rules in the clan chat, aiding generals in choosing new lieutenants through their observations, and helping with forums. As a captain, you must host a minimum of 3 events per week one of which must be scheduled. If you fail to host the minimum number of events, you will fail sweeps. You will be given an (FS:1) next to your name. This means you have failed one sweep. Upon failing two sweeps you will be given an (FS:2) next to your name. Upon failing three sweeps you will be deranked to either Lieutenant or sergeant at a General's discression. You must cap at the Citadel weekly and be fully forum active

 

(General, Gold Star) - Generals will be responsible for hosting events, keeping order in the clan chat, upholding the rules , helping to choosing new stars, helping with forums, and working with other clans. Generals are all equal. Generals should however host events to show a good example. Generals may be removed by the Supreme General or by a member vote.

 

 

(Supreme General, Gold Key) - Overall leader - responsible for shaping the future of the clan, guiding leaders in upholding their responsibilities, maintenance of the rules, conducting the weekly sweep, Choosing Generals and other star ranks, and the building and maintenance of the Clan Citadel. The Supreme General is exempt from the weekly sweep. Removal of the Supreme General is by member vote only.
