The red cape has no alchemy value, but the blue cape has an alchemy value, but when i try to alchemize my blue cape i cannot alchemize it

 

There is an inconsistency with the alchemy values, and if needed I will upload an image of me trying to alchemize my cape, I shall upload it, however I don't think it's needed
