Until Jagex steps up and adds this to their official posted rules in their main site, we see nowhere in http://www.runescape.com a place where the ENTIRE Jagex team has agreed on a position over this issue. Some Jagex staff say it's ok, others say it's not, some may not even know what they are talking about, they have not come to a concensus or bothered to post it in public.
