How do you add animation to signatures, like making it say one thing and then another.

Umm.. get a program that can do animations.. Like ImageReady, and then have one frame with certain text visible and the other frame with your other text.

Go on google and search for GIF movies gear or Camtasia

I don't want a program to record my screen, I want to be able to have the words and images change in sigs.

I use Flash to do my animating, and then convert it into a .GIF animation.
