Ok, When we make a phpBB forum we got that Admins is orange and Moderators are green, but how does tip.it add Website Crew to that ? [Down at the who's online part of the forum]

Cant be accomplished with a vanilla phpbb setup , you'll have to install a MOD that enables more empowered usergroups. Check http://www.phpbb.com , with the hundreds of MODS available , I'm sure its there somewhere.
