IE Crashes from Morgan Stream Switcher

I have been playing in Firefox and unfortunately having no sound. It is annoying but since they are supposedly 'working on it' I have been patient. I would not mind using IE, but anytime I try using it, eventually it crashes and the MS technote on the crash type says that it is due to Morgan Stream Switcher. I went to their site, but they have no info on such events.

 

 

 

I decided to try being proactive about it, so I tried even downloading and installing the latest edition of their CODEC, but it still happens.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How can I possibly fix this?

 

 

 

Morgan Multimedia has not responded to my inquiry, and I doubt they will. Jagex won't take any tech inquiries from non-members. And forget about Microsoft doing anything about it or even having anything valuable to say. They just point their fingers at someone else.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anyone else experience this behavior, and know how to fix it?
