I found a scan that was located in the room with the otherworldly beings it was in the north east corner.

Did you happen to take a screenshot of the location while you were there? That would help loads. :)

No I did not but trust me I had a orb clue earlier it was the 16 step and when you walked in there it was the top right (north east) corner, I found it by following the suggested locations on the elite clue help I couldn't find it at any of them so I thought I missed a spot then when I was by the cosmic alter shortcuts I kept clicking on the clue thinking I missed it and the otherworldy beings were close enough that it showed them on my minimap.

 

And My rs name is currently Pk D1e Hard haven't used papyi47 in about 5 years.

Guess it was south west corner sorry about that didnt really look at compass just saw it was in the top right corner
