just figured this out, video just shows proof of it working, link in the video's description shows exactly how to do it.

currently idk how to make it work with SK, but we've gotten it working with the official rs client

Works for me.

The difference (for me) is that the Catalyst control center either ignores program settings or it doesn't, as a global setting, so the only problem is that doing this will apply it to every game. I also can't test that bloom is actually working from inside the runespan unless someone runs past me with a comp cape, but I have aa turned off and my graphics card is happily ignoring that, so I assume it is.

The new control panel (AMD Vision Engine Control Center) allows per-application settings. You need to select advanced view in the preferences menu.
