"Minisection: Why to use Blazer and not Blitzer

Blazer and blitzer both are roughly 25% DPS. However, blazer suffers from rounding issues, making it slightly less. So why, then, do we say to use blazer, and not blitzer? Blitzer reduces the number of ticks between hits from 5 to 4. That makes it rather harder to do any of the number of things that should be done in between hits: looking at map, luring monsters, looting, typing, making pots, making a staff, etc. And the difference in DPS between the two is so slight, that if you miss at least 1 tick per 15 attacks (air surge) or per 20 attacks (fire surge) with blitzer, you should have used blazer."

Blazer also uses fewer runes, so you don't have to loot as much.
