June 12, 201214 yr 30M should get you around 89 Herblore which is needed to efficiently make all extremes.You can calculate prices here: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?herb Other than Herblore there is not much you can spend "Only" 30m on that will make your account any different than it is atm.If you are not interested in Herblore, save up for 95 prayer.
