How much charms do you exactly get with maple logs 1-99 fm?

 

Whats best method to train agility on lvl 3 skiller, to level 80?

i would say about 2500 green, 150 blue 700 red and 1000 gold :)

For agility training you should be using all lamps, JoaT, troll invasion, and penguin points on it. Do that and circus once a week. For training conventionally its gnome, barbarian, wilderness, ape atoll once you hit 70 (use pies till 75) then continue with ape atoll until 80.

Wilderness with lvl 3 skiller is waste of time because i would die too much there.

Wilderness is still going to be the fastest. My bad about Ape Atoll. Really your options are limited so I'd just focus on other skills while using peng points etc (listed above) for agility until you can pie for gnome advanced.
