Stidor
Please keep all SwiftKit suggestions in this topic. When making a suggestion please be as descriptive as possible. Screenshots, sketches or diagrams can be very helpful in most cases. The SwiftKit team will sift through the suggestions and if the suggestion is feasible then we'll test how practical it'd be to implement and add it to our list. Do NOT suggest the following:Native IRC client or any IRC features - currently we use SwiftIRC's qwebirc for the IRC client in SwiftKit Mac. We are aware of the shortcomings of using this but it's effectively our only option. We will look into possible ways of automation regarding identifying and joining channels in due course. In the mean time, learn how to manually identify with your nickname and join channels from the SwiftIRC Wiki.Support for Mac OS X 10.5 - while we have tested SwiftKit on version 10.5 (Leopard) of Mac OS X and it works quite well, some features will not work (such as icons in tabs). We have no plans to increase support for 10.5. It is a nominal cost to upgrade to 10.6 (Snow Leopard) which can be purchased from Apple's website or a local reseller.Themes - we did not feel it appropriate to use themes with the Mac OS X version of SwiftKit as the design and colour scheme fits in with most other Mac OS X applications.Any other features from the original SwiftKit - we are actively working to add features to SwiftKit Mac which appear in the original SwiftKit. You will be prompted upon opening SwiftKit if there is an update available.Video recorderAd blockerMSN/TeamSpeak/Ventrilio etc pluginIRC scripting engineEmbedded flash games
