I want to beat the fight cave and kiln for the challenge, and for the elite karamja diary.

 

I've been researching guides, but i'm still confused on which "method" is best.

 

For fight caves, It seems that range was the way to go until polypore came around. Now are poly staff and gandoemic armor the "easiest?"

 

for the kiln, I have no idea. The guides I've seen are for farming it.

 

links to guides would be awesome, so would any advice.
