The new item was added 06.sept 2012 as a reward from squeal of fortune. I made a picture of the ammy whit all the 10 fragments.

Could you also take a screenshot of the stats interface (so we can get the weight) after examining the item (so we can get the examine too)? Something like this would be perfect:
