In Step 4, when you hear the scream, the guide says to run through the kitchen and dining hall. This is impossible because the door to the kitchen is locked at this time. Instead you'll have to run through the main chapel and through the western side door to get to the basement

After you finish the quest, if you talk to Sister Celia in the main chapel, and advise her to leave the abbey, she will do so, and disappear from the main chapel to become a musician with Valerio.

There is a requirement missing to search the reliquary after the quest. You have to have full prayer points, there is an altar upstairs.
