Also, it is 70x70 pixels. But it's file size is 16kb. Is there a way I can lower the filesize, do I can use it on the forums?

I dont like it that much. The quality isnt that good and the pictures sortta hard to see.

If your using photoshop when you hit Save As Web just lower the qaulity lower. I would do it now for you, but im not on my computer.
