September 30, 201213 yr How do I create a XY scatter graph showing the relationship between two things. I'm using the newest version of Excel and I think that the oversimplification has made it impossible.Any ideas?
September 30, 201213 yr Do you mean Excel from Office 2010 or is there a newer version?Well for 2010 if you mean some thing like this: This is the the relation between RBS (red blossom seeds if you were wondering) and catchesYou highlight the cells...in this case I did from B2 to H4 it should make a rectangle around them, then you go to the insert tab and there is a sub-tab called "charts" there is a scatter plot button there, click it and you should be set.
October 2, 201213 yr Author Office 2011 for mac. I did try making a chart, I'm trying to show the relationship between GDP and Population, and later GDP and life expectancy and so on. [/img] I would like GDP on the x-axis and population on the y-axis.
