The passes no longer exist, of course, but some quest guides still mention them. Tourist Trap and Desert Treasure, for sure - possibly others. It would be good to revise these so newer players aren't confused.

You're absolutely right, the Shantay passes are no longer sold by Shantay, though Rasolo the Merchant still sells some for some odd reason. I've changed the item's entry to reflect this, and I've gone through every quest that mentioned the passes and changed them to reflect this new information, and the changes should go live soon. You've been given credit for all of this.
