Under Step 6, in the guide it says that you'll need to obtain a captain's mark from Frank, the bosun of One-Eyed Hector; but this fact is not known until later in the quest, so Ralph specifies One-Eyed Hector in-game instead of Frank.

Under Step 7, it says to leave the prison island by diving off the pier. You're able to teleport out though.

Under "The Forth Mark: Step 1", Captain Donnie is wandering around the farming patches to the south of the Brewery. He's a little difficult to locate amongst the other wandering zombies, and it took me a good few minutes to actually locate him (I was running all over the island).

Under "The Fifth Mark: Step 8", you can still teleport out to leave the prison.
