Magic at GWD

So with magic getting a bit more attention in gear what bosses can be killed using magic at gwd? I heard arma and zammy are both bosses that can easily be killed with the poly staff. I would like to solo and my gear and stats are a little something like

99Att

92 str

96def

90range

99magic

83 Pray

94 Herb

89 Summon

 

 

As for gear i unfortunately don't have much. I have poly staff and have access to things like gano and barrows armor.

 

Any suggestions if these bosses would be worth soloing using a poly staff with certain gear + ovl etc

As far as I know Magic is not really good in any of the bosses. Melee is the way to go or for arma ranged. I might be mistaken, but I have yet to see a person with a PP or anything of the kind in GWD. IMO only place it could be useful was with Lunars for vengeance if tanking Zara specifically, but could be useful for other as well.

Pps is bad don't use it. Soa is fine, but not worth the cost afaik.

polypore is only decent at arma.... the rest its its a waste, but at arma theres another upside, since you protect range gano's absorb is quite helpful, i'v polypored arma a few times, but range is much more effecient.

 

but i don't see why you want to mage GWD, melee is the best option by so so much at Bandos/Zammy/Sara (or range at sara depending)
