Loading runescape to the login page, any help?

this is the message I get when I try to log in "Auto Setup" and when I click I just get a black page, not the login.

 

i get a message saying: A fatal error has been detected by nthe Java Runtime Enviroment. I reloaded Java from their website and nothing. Please is there anyone out there?

ive had that problem too. what worked for me is forcing it into safe mode.

just hold down the s key when the game is loading

 

 

oh and from there u should be able to change the graphics back to whatever u normally had them at
