After numerous attempts to replace my chart that i lost getting snipered in the wild I discovered that it is no longer required.

Just having the Watch and sextant was enough.

Is it possible that you have a chart in your toolbelt?

 

The watch and chart can both be placed in the toolbelt, leaving only the sextant. (and spade)

Looks like this was a case of the toolbelt. I am gonna go ahead and lock this thread and move it to completed.
